INCENTIVE TRAVEL.....
When a well known insurance company wanted to acknowledge their top performers with a trip to a renowned resort in Scottsdale, Arizona, they called on Sander Specialty Products, Inc. We designed a program and notified the winners by mailing them a customized viewfinder showcasing the many venues of the resort. Custom luggage tags and a trip itinerary followed in a second mailing, and upon arrival the participants were greeted with desert colored tote bags filled with additional themed items.
CREATING INCREASED EXHIBIT TRAVEL...
A nationally known museum decided to bring in various exhibits to increase attendance. With only three months to promote awareness of the first traveling exhibit, the museum consulted Sander Specialty Products to develop a coordinating super-seal postcard. Ten thousand postcards were produced and distributed inviting the public to attend “Lincoln, The Constitution and The Civil War”. The postcard included a sealed shiny penny with an offer for a $1.00 discount off the admission price when the postcard was returned at time of ticket purchase. Discounts were tracked to determine the number of returned cards, and the final numbers were higher than anticipated making the promotion a great success.
EVENT PLANNING...
University Hospital approached Sander Specialty Products with the idea of hosting quarterly “baby shower” events. The plan was initiated to increase the number of women utilizing the labor and delivery department. Sander Specialty Products packaged a “sweet pea” diaper bag, complete with changing pad and bottle insulator with a blanket, lullaby CD and safety plug covers. Attendance was overwhelming and participants were asked to enter a drawing for one of the diaper bags, allowing the hospital to gather important contact information for follow up.
